SHIPPING

We currently ship to Singapore and Malaysia via J&T Express, offering reliable and prompt delivery. Estimated shipping durations are as shown in the table above.


TRACKING YOUR PARCEL

All shipments include tracking. Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you do not receive one, kindly contact us at support@sipandscents.com.

 

IMPORT CHARGES

At present, we only ship to Singapore and Malaysia. If you're located elsewhere and would love to try our candles, feel free to reach out at support@sipandscents.com and we’ll explore possible ad-hoc shipping arrangements.


Important Note:
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes. These are determined by your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the customer. All paperwork will be prepared accurately on our end, but we cannot control customs processing times.

 

UNDELIVERED ITEMS

If an order is undeliverable due to incorrect shipping details or missed delivery attempts, it may be returned to us at the discretion of the courier. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please note: customers are responsible for redelivery shipping costs.

 

RETURNS

We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your purchase. Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept cancellations or general returns. In the event you have received a defective item or an incorrect order, kindly drop us an email at support@sipandscents.com with your order ID, and attach pictures clearly showing the delivery package, and defective item/wrong order(s) received. Further instructions will be given within 24-48 hours.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

We take great care in packaging our tin jar soy candles to prevent damage during shipping. However, if your item arrives dented, leaking, cracked, or otherwise damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery at support@sipandscents.com, and include:

  • Your order ID
  • Photos of the damaged candle
  • Photos of the delivery package

We will assess and resolve the issue promptly with either a replacement or refund.


Please note: Minor cosmetic imperfections on the tin or wax (e.g. frosting, minor surface blemishes) are normal due to the natural composition of soy wax and will not be considered defective.

 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or burned candles
  • Items purchased on sale or with promo codes
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections (e.g. frosting, minor dents that do not affect candle function)

EXCHANGES

If your order qualifies for a return and you’d like a new/different scent or product, please place a new order once your return is accepted.

 

REFUNDS

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be notified of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
